Jason Munstermann
Jason has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, advising clients in the financial, insurance and telecommunications sectors.
He has particular experience in disputes arising in contract, trusts, negligence, property, intellectual property, information technology, claims involving the Corporations Act, and allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct. He is a specialist in disputes arising in the telecommunications industry.
Jason was the instructing solicitor in the successful defence of the high-profile Mobile Innovations v Vodafone proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and he acts for and advises some of the largest corporations in Australia.
He is an accredited LEADR (Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution) mediator.
