Grahame Cooper
Grahame heads our Major Projects & Infrastructure group and specialises in major commercial projects and transactions, with particular emphasis on infrastructure and structured finance.
Grahame has over 25 years' experience and is an expert in all aspects of major infrastructure projects, especially in relation to energy, joint ventures, shareholder, contractor, offtaker and financier relationships, and complex and revenue-driven financing transactions.
Grahame's wide experience across many areas enables him to effectively co-ordinate complex projects and transactions.
Grahame lectures part-time in the Executive MBA course at the Australian School of Graduate Management (AGSM) and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.
