Ben Emblin
Ben acts primarily for banks and other financial institutions and has experience in a broad range of corporate financing transactions.
He advises on structuring and documentation for transactions involving project finance, construction and property finance and acquisition finance (including leveraged and management buy-out transactions).
Ben's experience includes acting for a consortium in relation to the construction, leasing and concession arrangements associated with the BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) infrastructure financing of the Auckland City Arena in New Zealand, for the lender in relation to the A$75m senior construction facility for the Swell Apartments development on the Gold Coast, for the lender in relation to the construction facility for the Silos residential development in Newtown and for the lender in relation to the management buy-out of the Mrs Crocket's Kitchen group.
Ben is a member of the Australian Venture Capital Association.
