Tania primarily advises major banks, banking syndicates and other creditors in relation to debt restructurings, workouts and exposures to distressed companies in the context of problem loans.

She has been involved in a wide range of transactional lending arrangements, and her work has included acting for creditors in bi-lateral and syndicated facilities and advising in relation to their multi-jurisdictional and inter-creditor arrangements.

Tania has worked on a number of prominent national and international corporate collapses and restructurings, including in relation to HIH, Hagemeyer, Allco Finance Group and ABC Learning Centres.

Tania is admitted to the bar in British Columbia, Canada.
