Leonard McCarthy
Leonard has extensive experience in acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors in all forms of external administrations. Leonard has acted on some of Australia's largest insolvencies. This has included acting for the receivers and managers of ABC Learning Centres, Commander Communications, Auto Group Limited as well as the liquidator of King Bros Bus Group. Leonard has also acted for bank creditors in major restructures, including Allco Finance Group.
In addition to his insolvency and restructuring experience, Leonard has many years experience in banking litigation, secured recoveries and general debt recovery.
Leonard regularly presents to clients in relation to his areas of practice.
