- acting for the issuer in the securitisation of $700 million train and tram rolling stock operating lease receivables, backed by state government concessions and credit support
- acting for a major Australian bank in relation to the restructuring of its syndicated and bilateral facilities to a significant industrial conglomerate based in Europe and the negotiation of standstill arrangements with the Group's other major financiers worldwide
